ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A woman died in custody at the St. Louis City Justice Center on Saturday evening, prompting her family to demand answers about the circumstances surrounding her death.
Dametria McDile was found unresponsive in her cell just before 4:45 p.m. Saturday, according to St. Louis City Police. Medical personnel responded and performed life-saving measures before transporting her to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead just after 6 p.m.
