SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) – A man has been arrested on charges of open and gross lewdness following a pair of incidents with female joggers in Sparks.
At around 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, officers with the Sparks Police Department responded to the Sparks Marina for a lewdness call.
The victim told police that the suspect, later identified as 28-year-old Pedro Alcala-Saldana, drove up to her while she was jogging and called her over to his car under the guise of asking for directions. As the victim approached his car, police say Saldana was seen performing a lewd act. The exact nature of the alleged act was not specified. He then drove away, prompting a search for his car…
