A residential project intended to breathe new life into what the city calls the Limelight District on the edge of the Park East neighborhood made its first appearance before the city’s Development Review Committee Jan. 21.
Dubbed 414 Lime Avenue, Homes by WestBay of Riverview seeks to build 41 attached single-family units on a 1.91-acre site at North Lime Avenue and Aspinwall Street. It’s the site of a previously approved project that was abandoned while under construction and had since been demolished and the site cleared.
