CHARLOTTE, N.C – Two dogs left abandoned in the snow over the weekend are now safe and warm at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Animal Control.
Multiple people called 311 about the dogs and officers went to check. The dogs were chained up and did not have food, water or shelter. They were seized, and checked out by vets. They’re now fine and are enjoying lots of treats at the shelter.
“Mickey” and “Minnie,” as they’re now called, will be available for adoption in a few days…
