With the upcoming opening of Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Shop this spring, the Isle of Palms is about to get a whole lot cooler. While a launch date hasn’t yet been announced, the ice cream shop will open in its former location at 1400 Palm Blvd. in Ocean Park Plaza.
The brand has enjoyed a presence on the island since 2000. Franchise owner Andrew Lee opened the previous shop in 2013, yet after nine years of serving happy customers, it shuttered in 2022.
“We’ve missed this island and the community that made our original shop so special,” stated a post on the local Ben & Jerry’s Instagram account. “We’re coming back bigger and better, with a full menu featuring fresh waffle cones, cookies, brownies, milkshakes, sundaes and of course, all your favorite super-premium scoops.”…
