CINCINNATI — With record-breaking low temperatures throughout the state this week, we’re seeing the impact it’s having on the Ohio River.
As portions of the Ohio River in New Richmond freeze over, the police chief cautions people not to test their luck.
“You’re not going to last long in this water if you go in it,” New Richmond Police Chief Scott Noel said.
