CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) — The estate of an Elon University student who was killed by a drunk driver in 2023 is suing over his death.
Jackson Yelle, 21, was found unresponsive near Highway 17 Bypass not far from 21st Ave N. around 1:30 a.m. on April 30. Authorities determined he was struck by a vehicle operated by Jason Sauro.
