At its meeting Tuesday, Feb. 3, the Horry County Council will vote on a settlement agreement that would grant zoning for an in-patient psychiatric facility in Murrells Inlet.
The public learned details of the settlement and the proposed facility at 12287 S.C. 707 during an informational meeting hosted by the Greater Burgess Community Association on Wednesday, Jan. 28.
