RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Several residents were displaced in a fire that heavily damaged an apartment complex in Richmond on Monday afternoon.
During the afternoon on Monday, Feb. 2, units with the Richmond Fire Department were called to an apartment complex in the 1500 block of Jennie Scher Road in Richmond.
When units arrived, they found heavy fire showing from the roof of the two-story apartment.
