RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A 41-year-old man was killed in a deadly shooting on North 21st Street in Richmond’s East End early Friday morning.
At around 3:25 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 30, Richmond Police Department officers arrived at the 1600 block of North 21st Street after a reported gunfire alert due to the gunshot detection system.
