ST. LOUIS – St. Louis city officials are calling for answers following another death at the City Justice Center, the latest in a series of deaths at the facility over the past five years.
Alderman Rasheen Aldridge (Ward 14) said the circumstances surrounding the deaths show a troubling pattern.
