There have been viral videos of a Plainfield home flashing lights in Morse code — spelling “SOS” — sparking curiosity and speculation online. The homeowner, who has been a long-time Habitat supporter, has now stepped forward to explain the meaning behind the display and is using the attention to support a cause close to his heart: affordable housing.
