BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A Shafter man found unresponsive in a dirt lot has been identified by the Kern County Coroner’s Office.
Ronald Amilcar Angel Guardado, 27, was found dead in the 11000 block of Jumper Avenue around 3:19 p.m. on Jan. 30, according to coroner officials.
