ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — Two weeks of back-to-back winter weather have led to many road, school and office closures. Despite dozens of closures, some restaurants in western North Carolina opened their doors to help feed the community during these storms.
At Daddy Mac’s Down Home Dive in downtown Asheville, general manager Benjamin Harris said the restaurant ran on a small staff.
