Larken Associates has opened leasing for Trailside Village, a 420-unit apartment community at 200 Trailside Drive in Forks Township, with move-ins scheduled for early spring 2026.
The first phase of construction is scheduled for completion by April 2026. The Larken Living community will feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom garage and garden apartments.
