PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Portsmouth city leaders are finding new ways to address parking concerns in the city, starting by forgiving thousands of unpaid parking tickets.
Unpaid tickets issued between three years ago and January 13, 2026, could be wiped from your record in Portsmouth. Within that time frame, city leaders said nearly $500,000 worth of parking tickets were forgiven.
