FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – A Fort Wayne apartment complex situated near college campuses on the city’s northeast side has been sold. The transaction is the largest of its kind for the state of Indiana.
Canterbury Green, which consists of 2,000 units off St. Joe Road, was purchased by Morgan Properties and sold by representatives of Osso and GoldOller. GoldOller acquired the property in 2014 for $85.5 million. CBRE, the real estate firm that arranged the sale, said in a Monday press release the sale represents the largest single‑asset multifamily transaction ever completed in the Hoosier State.
