HARRISBURG, Pa. — Police have arrested a man in connection to a homicide in Harrisburg last week.
According to Harrisburg Police, Tyler Darnell Norman, 30, of Harrisburg, was charged with criminal homicide, person not to possess a firearm and possession of an instrument of crime.
