A Pennsylvania community is mourning the loss of a local mother and fashion fixture after she died suddenly, under tragic circumstances.
Jacinta Stevens, 31, died after she hit a snowbank, causing her vehicle to go over a concrete barrier and into the ice-covered Monongahela River in Pittsburgh in the afternoon of on Thursday, Jan. 29, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported, citing Pennsylvania State Police (PSP).
Police and first responders arrived at the scene around 4:30 p.m., and discovered that the “sinking vehicle had gone through the ice approximately 50 feet from the shore,” according to a Jan. 30 news release from Pittsburgh Public Safety Department…
