According to a news release, the official anniversary date is Oct. 3, when the library will hold a grand celebration to commemorate the occasion.
Beginning Feb. 1, the library system will also be handing out 20th Anniversary Punch Cards. Guests may receive one punch card per month for each visit, and with every punch card they receive, it would bring them closer to a grand prize drawing at the celebration…
