RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Richmond Police Department detectives are searching for a woman who allegedly stole over $10,000 through credit cards and fraud.
According to police, a woman caught on the bank surveillance is suspected of stealing a new bank card from a delivery on the victim’s porch.
