The Aubuchon Company has agreed to acquire Depault’s Ace Hardware in Cumberland, Rhode Island.
The store, being sold by the Depault and Gonsalves families, will be rebranded to “Aubuchon Ace Hardware.” Following the March 4 settlement of the deal.
The acquisition pushes Aubuchon Company’s footprint to 136 stores in 11 states…
