California measles cases rise to 9, linked to Disneyland, LAX exposure

California public health officials reported on Tuesday, Feb. 3 they found another six confirmed measles cases in the state. That’s on top of the three measles cases that had been reported as of Jan. 26.

The new cases include one from Shasta County.

All nine cases are linked to exposure in Southern California, possibly at Disneyland in Anaheim and at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), California Department of Public Health officials said…
