NEW HANOVER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – Many roads remain unsafe to navigate as temperatures drop overnight, refreezing some roads following a weekend snowstorm that brought southeastern North Carolina to a standstill.
New Hanover County Emergency Management Director Steven Still said road conditions will be problematic overnight, with particular concern for morning travel conditions.
