JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – OffBeat, a comic book and record store located on North State Street in Jackson, was broken into around 8:30 p.m. Saturday.
“My landlord called me saying that the front door alarm had been broken, so I rushed back up here to see that there was a piece of asphalt thrown into the building,” Rollins said.
