EBR Metro Councilman Cleve Dunn Jr. appears in court days after arrest

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Baton Rouge Metro Councilman Cleve Dunn Jr. appeared in court on Monday for a civil trial.

At issue is a dispute with his neighbors, who accuse him of building a cabana in 2021 in his backyard without a permit and causing flooding in their yard due to the project.
