Lubbock, Texas — Landmark Properties has acquired two student housing communities totaling 1,288 beds near the Texas Tech University campus in Lubbock’s Overton Park neighborhood.
Acquisitions include The Bloc, a 10-building community located at 707 Avenue T; and Park East, a two-building community located at 1819 Glenna Goodacre Blvd.
