In February 2023, Ben Hunter and Kyle Kiepert were workshopping 40 dishes for the opening menu at Seven Acre Dairy Co. in Paoli. Three years later, the pair will return to revisit some of those recipes for Seven Acre’s Guest Chef Duos Dinner Series on Feb. 18 and 19.
Seven Acre Dairy Co., a boutique hotel and restaurant in a historic dairy factory west of Madison, has quickly become known for its seasonal chef residency series. Line-ups typically include a roster of acclaimed chefs from around the country — like Food Network personality Maneet Chauhan, Sandwiches of History’s Barry Enderwick, and Chicago-based, Michelin-starred chef Soo Ahn this spring — plus Wisconsin- and Madison-based chefs like Hunter and Kiepert.
