Buried in the agenda for the Bexar County Commissioners Court’s meeting Tuesday was an application for a $273,000 state grant for the Reflejo Court, which allows first-time domestic violence offenders to have their charges dropped after completing drug treatment.
The specialty court has existed for six years, and county commissioners typically would have approved such an item without saying a word.
