WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A man is in the hospital in serious condition after being shot multiple times early Tuesday morning.
Shortly before 1 a.m., the Wichita Police Department responded to a report of a shooting near Hillside and Lincoln streets.

When officers arrived, they found a 40-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries, but WPD said he is now stable.
