PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A man accused of stealing dozens of trailers across Oregon and Washington has been arrested again after allegedly stealing a trailer from a Northeast Portland couple.
Nikolas Edwards was wearing a GPS ankle monitor and was out on probation when he allegedly stole the trailer from Lisa and Mark Hill on Jan. 14, according to prosecutors.
