VANCOUVER, WASH. (KATU) — Warren Forrest is one of the most notorious serial killers in Washington state history. Right now, he’s serving two life sentences in Walla Walla, Wash., for the murders of two young women.
To date, the extent of Forrest’s crimes still isn’t fully known, nor is the number of his victims. Detectives with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) believe Forrest’s first victim was 16-year-old Jamie Grissim, who went missing on Dec. 7, 1971.
