Tucson to give Costco $7.3M tax break as city revenues continue to fall short

A planned Costco Wholesale store in Tucson is set to receive a $7.3 million tax break.

The Tucson City Council greenlit the new tax incentive Tuesday even as the city continues to see lower sales tax revenues than projected.
