Pablo grew up in Phoenix, but made his way to Mexico City, then opened a distillery in Jalisco before coming back to Arizona, where he became notorious for wild house parties in a historic building in downtown Phoenix.

He is a character created by Cary Prewitt and Melissa Levick, the husband-and-wife founders of Saguaro Nights Entertainment Group. The two are leading the process to convert a 74-year-old building at First Avenue and McKinley Street into Pablo’s, a bar, nightclub and venue inspired by Pablo’s fictional life.
