Arcadia Townhome Community Launches Phase Two Sales Following Sellout

The Arcadian, a luxury townhome community located at 4220 N. 32nd St. in Phoenix, announced the launch of Phase Two of sales. Following the complete sellout of all 11 residences in Phase One, the 40-unit community will release 14 additional homes in Phase Two, with pricing ranging from $548,000 to the low $900,000s. Sales are being exclusively managed by The Phil Tibi Group with Compass.

The developer of The Arcadian, Geneva Holdings, is no stranger to luxury communities. Most recently, the team created more than 140 luxury residences in the nearby historic Arizona Biltmore Estates at Two Biltmore Estates and The Fairway Lodge at the Biltmore. Geneva Holdings partnered with Scottsdale-based Moderna Architects to bring thoughtful modern design to The Arcadian townhomes, including luxury touches that meet the demands of today’s discerning buyers at a surprisingly affordable price point.
