NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — A juvenile has been charged for allegedly shooting a person in a Niagara Falls home last Thursday.
Niagara Falls Police say that they were dispatched to an address on 77th Street in Niagara Falls at around 5pm on January 29 for reports that a person had been shot. Officers then learned that a victim had been taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center with a gunshot wound to their torse.
An investigation found that a juvenile suspect had allegedly “shot another member of their household.” The victim was taken to ECMC for further treatment, however police say that the injury is considered to be “non-life-threatening.”…
