SELMA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A veterinarian in Selma is no longer allowed to practice medicine after the California Veterinary Medical Board says he performed surgeries on people’s pets that had no medical benefit – and now one of the owners is speaking out.
Eric Garcia says 10 years ago, the owner of South County Veterinary Hospital told him his dog, Mister Tillman, needed surgery on his hind legs.
