MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – Montgomery police have arrested a man in connection with an assault they say happened in mid-January.
The Montgomery Police Department (MPD) said Fesstephen Lucas, 42, was taken into custody Tuesday on first-degree assault charges for an altercation that happened around midnight on Jan. 17 in the 400 block of Rosedon Drive.
Details of the altercation were not made available, but the police department said Lucas is being held in the Montgomery County Detention Facility on a $30,000 bond…
