LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Louisville sanitation truck driver credited with saving an Metropolitan Sewer District worker trapped in a well was honored Tuesday.
Keith Ware received the Meritorious Service Medal from Anchorage Middletown Fire and EMS. In June, Ware happened to be in the right place at the right time. He heard the MSD worker’s cries for help and found her 20-feet deep in a well.
Ware immediately called for help and stayed with the worker while crews rescued her…
