Central NY man was under the influence when he caused a fatal car crash, police say

Constantia, N.Y. – A Central New York man has been charged with manslaughter after a car crash in September that killed a 39-year-old man.

Kenneth M. Johnson, 66, of Cleveland, was arrested last Wednesday, according to State Police records. The crash happened at about 6:40 p.m. on Sept. 15.
