SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – The Chatham County Health Department will host its third annual Heart Health Fair on Thursday, Feb. 12 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the clinic located at 1395 Eisenhower Drive.
The event is free and requires no appointment.
The fair will include free blood pressure screenings, blood glucose tests, raffle prizes, and refreshments. Door prizes will be available for the first 30 attendees. Community partners will provide health information and education…
