SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The opening of the Lifestyles Apartment “Metropolitan” building in Syracuse has faced several delays, causing concern over the availability of new affordable housing for residents.
The building, formerly known as the Skyline Apartments, is undergoing renovations that have been ongoing for the past two years. The property will not be ready for tenants for at least several more months.
