TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The Pale Horse is a new bar that is intentionally creepy.
“It’s comfy-cozy Gothic. Just hanging out in your bedroom watching, you know, movies sort of kinda vibe,” said owner Jessica Delgado.
What Delgado does not want is a real-life Nightmare on Superior Street…
