The Metropolitan Police Department has made an arrest following an armed robbery in Northeast D.C. earlier this month. A 15-year-old juvenile male was taken into custody and is facing charges, the department revealed.
According to the report on the MPD’s website, last Friday, around 5:00 p.m., two suspects confronted someone in the 1100 block of Montello Avenue, Northeast. It was then that one individual pulled out a gun and proceeded to forcibly demand money and other valuables from the victim. After complying, the victim watched as the suspects ran away from the crime scene.
