Arkansas highlights eleven historical locations with new markers for America’s 250th birthday

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KY3) – Arkansas is celebrating our country’s 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence by placing historical markers across the Natural State for people to visit.
