A man died Tuesday evening in Saint Paul after being struck by a driver.
Authorities say the crash happened shortly before 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of Front Avenue and Grotto Street North.
Officers arriving at the scene found an adult male lying in the street with severe head injuries. Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
According to investigators, the driver made a U-turn after hitting the man and was located a short distance from the crash scene.
