DOUGLAS COUNTY, Kan. (KCTV) – The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office says one person is under investigation for possible DUI after he was involved in an overnight crash.
Deputies were called to US Highway 40 at E 200 Road, east of Topeka, around 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 4. They found a black Audi had crossed the center line and hit an oncoming SUV head-on.
DCSO is investigating whether the 21-year-old Olathe man driving the Audi was under the influence. He and the 36-year-old Topeka woman in the SUV both suffered serious injuries and were taken to a hospital in Topeka…
