Augusta’s EMA director talks EMA planning before an emergency hits

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – The CSRA has seen its fair share of severe weather and local Emergency Management Agencies have been the ones to step up to the call when needed.

While most people only know what an EMA does when the emergency is happening, an EMA is tasked with planning long before the emergency.
