‘Ghost’ American airport terminal gets $1.2M makeover- despite no commercial flights in or out

A “GHOST” airport terminal is getting a $1.2 million facelift, even though no commercial flights take off or land there anymore.

Officials voted through the makeover anyway, arguing the building is outdated and would be a bad look if airlines ever return.

Jamestown Airport in Chautauqua County, New York, is set for a $1,265,000 terminal renovation approved during a county legislature meeting.
