The creation by San Diego’s Slurp restaurant has become very popular with some videos on their decadent creation with millions of views. Slurp started in Liberty Station and boasts multiple locations including Escondido and now their newest at the Westfield UTC mall in University City.
Slurp CEO Bella Kim came up with the very popular crab rangoon recipe by combining tastes she grew up with and adding a San Diego flair. That can be said about the entire Slurp concept which also features a spicy basil steak burrito that was inspired by Kim’s husband, Gene Kim, who is a partner and the CFO of Slurp.
Kim says that she has been overwhelmed and honored by the support they have seen. The group has plans to continue to expand this year…
